Do I need to have any fitness experience?
Not at all. I work with complete beginners through to people who've been training for years. We start where you are.
What does the app programming include?
You'll get a personalised weekly training plan with demo videos for every exercise, plus progress tracking — all accessible from your phone. It's great for staying consistent on the days we don't train together.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Let me know before we start. I'll adapt sessions around any limitations and, where needed, work alongside your health care team.
How does virtual personal training work?
We train live via video call — same as face-to-face, just from wherever you are. All you need is a small amount of space and any equipment you have (or none at all).
