In-Home Personal Training

  • No gym required. Just you, your home, and a little bit of floor space
  • Technique correction and real-time guidance
  • Structured workouts tailored to your body and what you have available

My approach:

Every session is adapted to you on the day, based on how your body feels, your energy levels, and what you need. Training at home doesn't mean training alone; I'm there with you, every step of the way. This is flexible coaching, not a rigid plan.

Best for:

People who want the support of a PT without leaving the house, whether that's because of young kids, anxiety, limited mobility, or just preferring their own space.

In-app coaching is also available for ongoing accountability, support and guidance outside of our sessions.

 

Online Coaching

  • Personalised program built and updated in the app
  • 1x weekly video check-in
  • Submit form check videos and ask questions anytime through the in-app chat

My approach:

Your program is built around your goals, your schedule, and what you have available. As you progress, the plan evolves with you, all managed through the app so everything is in one place. This is structured coaching, with flexibility built in.

Best for:

People who can train independently but want a coach in their corner — guiding the plan, checking their form, and keeping them on track.

 

8 Week Program

  • Initial consult to build a program tailored to your goals
  • Full 8-week plan delivered and ready to follow from day one
  • One follow-up consult at the one-week mark to dial in any adjustments
  • Everything you need to train with confidence and purpose

My approach:

We start with a proper conversation about where you are and where you want to go. From there, I build your program, and after your first week, we meet again to make sure it's sitting right before you take it and run with it. This is independent training, with a smart starting point.

Best for:

People who know how to train but want a well-structured plan and a professional eye before going it alone.

 

Community Classes

Weekly fitness classes run out of Para Hills Community Hub; no bookings required, just show up.

  • $5 per class (mixed class) — Mondays 6:15-7 pm
  • Free (female only) — Thursdays 9:30–10:15 am

Every class is welcoming and fully adaptable, whatever your fitness level or experience. Modifications are always available, and nobody is ever pushed beyond what feels right for them.

Bring water and yourself. That's genuinely all you need.
