This is where we get to work together in person — tuning into where your body is at that day and training accordingly. Some days that means going hard, other days it means pulling back and working with your energy, not against it. Every session is about meeting you where you're at, refining your technique and making sure the work we do together actually serves you.

In-Home Training
Can't get to a gym or prefer the privacy of your own space? I'll come to you. I bring all the equipment needed, so there's nothing for you to organise. It's just you, your space, and a fully personalised session built around your goals and what your body needs that day.
Available across the north-east and western suburbs of Adelaide.
No gym membership, no commute, no awkward gym floor moments, just focused, one-on-one training in the comfort of your own home.

Online Training Options
Virtual Training
The same experience as training with me face-to-face, just through your screen. We'll train together live via video so I can coach you in real time, correct your form on the spot, and keep you accountable the way an in-person session always would. No commute, no gym required.
Want to get more out of your training? You can add on a fully personalised program built around your goals, with demo videos for every exercise so there's no guesswork between sessions.
8-Week Program
We start with a proper consult, getting into your goals, your history, how you move and what you need. From there, I will build you a complete 8-week program, ready to go. At the one-week mark, we jump on a follow-up consult to see how it's sitting, make any adjustments, and make sure you're set up to see it through. After that, the program is yours to run with. No ongoing check-ins, no subscription, just a well-built plan, a professional eye at the start, and everything you need to train with confidence for the next eight weeks and beyond.
Community Classes
I run two free classes out of Para Hills Community Hub.
No booking required, just show up.
Mixed Fitness Class Tuesdays at 6-7 pm (beginning 28th April 2026)
Women's Fitness Class Thursdays at 9:30-10:30 am — female only
All classes are welcoming and adaptable for every fitness level. Just bring water and yourself.
No experience necessary and no pressure.
